Every time when I use stack overflow..I do one jump and a push-up.
Don't sit in the same position more than 45 minutes. And take care of your eyes and avoid strain
It's very simple just use 90:20 rule
90 minutes continuous work then 20 minutes break and then continue

Fitness doesn't take lot of time , it takes only 30-60 minutes and some healthy food that set but you should be consistent.

Do exercise and meditation at your best time for minimum 30 min. and eat healthy diet . That's my secret . And also take breaks from studies

Personally I try to do 5-10 Min of standing/stretching/walking per 50-55 Min sitting down working.
Also helps keep my posture.
That combined with a 15m stretching workout in the morning helps keeps myself healthy, active and without back pain.
