Hello fam, i got problem in php form, after the source code has been created of the form, registration and sign up and log out as well, what am I to do next, how toink up to database and next step till it's hosted online, thanks

If you want to upload it online,then you can use www.000webhost.com

Create a account on it and a database too according to your needs.
Then make a zip file of your all html/php files
Upload it on server then unzip it there.

You all done now test your site
