How do you contribute to questions in the Challenges?

I mean, is it possible for anyone to add to the questions or it only for a select people ?

We can contribute on SoloLearn by creating quizzes and lessons in quiz and lesson factory. But unfortunately, sololearn has removed this feature a few months ago. You can see this:
