Does anyone has program to convert the UML to code?

Astah (free student edition), there are some free tools on Eclipse Marketplace, too, but I didn't like them. There are many more, but most of them are not for free. A very commonly used tool is Enterprise Architect. That fulfills all needs from requirement engineering to code.
