Step 1:spend more time "practicing" various concepts, and questions rather than theory, theory is important but way more important is your practice, so don't neglect it!

For a newbie, C is hard, understanding the logic is hard at first, but after you anderstand, many becomes easy, like, C++, C#.
It's like C is US english, while C++/C# is British english. We can say that other languages like python is Spanish, or Java is Japanese, but not that so much complicated.
I'm saying that, knowing the language, you can translate it to another language. C# and C++ is not same, but C++ is the upgraded version.
