Coding isn't hard, it just requires more time and practice than you might expect. Most coding training doesn't cover these things, so it's no wonder people get frustrated and give up.
The reason you might think it's 'hard' is because you're not getting results.
I know how you feel because I was once in your shoes
If you just continue and never give up, you will see some results coming just as it was for me
I started coding in May 2020 and at times I just wanted to give up coding especially while learning JS but I still continued

There are few methods we can use when coding is difficult:
🌟 Go one step back.
Try to solve a more simple challenge.
🌟 Try to break the problem in to small parts. Then solve the most simple or easy parts first.
🌟 Search google / stackOverFlow for a question similar to my problem.
🌟 Copy - Paste the error / message i get (if any).
🌟 Refresh ! Take a break, move from the scream, walk around / drink / eat something.
🌟 Read a document or watch a tutorial on youtube... get inspiration.
🌟Take a pen and paper (old school) and drow a schem of my program. See a visual picture of the challenge might help.
🌲Never giveup
🌲Remember all the times you succeeded
🌲Stay possitive
🌲Beleave in your self
🌲Practiece makes perfect
🌲Keep learning 👍🏼😀

Just stay harder than the stuff you're struggling with!
Then everything will be fine.
Any discipline can be difficult ...
Take a break, do some sports, eat something good, and then try again!

If I'm burnt out and am stuck I draw it out or just take a break, look at something other than code, or sleep. Recently when I was stumped, I actually dreamed about the code and had a solution the moment I woke up. Just taking a step back works sometimes

Firstly fresh you mind and prepare to do,
If your mind is fresh then try to solve that difficult problem,
If you are not in mood to solve problem stop that time otherwise you waste your timing, This things happened with me when my mood is not to solve program that time i am feel so boring and i cant do simple program also that time.
You must need to keep your mind fresh and cool 😎 and in mood 😀😃

There's comes a time when code doesn't scares you anymore. Just don't be overwhelmed too much. Cool your mind and focus on your task. it's not hard, nothing at all. Because there's a quote that say "it's all seems hard and impossible until it's done".
