Python - Help for data collection

Question

Hi,
For à personal project, I, would need to connect to a website, then:
- copy the entire page (text)
- past under csv format or other
- retain only the interesting data and stock them.
The page is refreshed every 24h so I would need to do it once a day, but store the filtered data in a file so I will have a massive data collection after 1 month (250 line per day).
As I'm very new to python, my question is: is it feasible? Should I use pycharm?
Writing the code will be a good training, I'm just looking for a confirmation that this is feasible and not rocket science.

Yeah...you can absolutely use pycharm for this project...it's beautiful.
