Yes you can, but only if you add mfd as a tag to this question 😂
@Jayakrishna Due to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") children below the age of 13 are not permitted to use SoloLearn. "if you are a child under thirteen (13), please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services" https://www.sololearn.com/Terms-of-Use/ It doesn't matter if the child in question has parental control or permission.
@Martin Taylor I have seen here a lot are under 13. And seen mods saying they have their perents permission.. You may not read it fully. I.e The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under thirteen (13). That means under parents consent, they are allowed to use. And SoloLearn also says "If you believe that a child under thirteen (13) may have provided us personal information, please contact us" If you send mail, then SoloLearn allow that children to use. They say that all responsibity belongs to parents only.. Take a loot at mods answers also here https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1711447/ https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1693802/ It's true, there's no age limit. The law requires us to treat the users under 13 years old a little differently (they need one of their parent(s) or guardian(s) to provide consent).--Jennings, mod answer......
The kid should be 13+
Ctd... In my opinion, as long as the account in question is handled by their supervisor/teacher instead of the kids themselves, there shouldn't be an issue. I think it would be wise to consult the administrators, as they would provide you with clear, unambiguous instructions as to how the app can be used to teach kids (without violating any of their own policies). Just send your queries to [email protected] -mod Fermi It's true, there's no age limit. If allowed they give you guidence how to use this app for your children. If it possibility of you then you can go on. It's a good app for all ages. Sometimes some users post inappropriate texts but I moderators will delete that contents very quickly ASAP..
