SoloLearn is a great platform to increase your interest in coding.
Above all, it provides you with opportunities to learn many of the popular programming languages for free. You can learn, practice, and test yourself all at the same time, and that too at your own convenience. The lessons are very basic, but also cover the important aspects; and the code playground is a powerful inbuilt online compiling tool that lets you try out your code right on the go.
There are code coach problems which put the skills you have learned to the test. The duel challenges make the learning all the more interesting. You get to challenge anybody across the world, or just your friends for a duel, with your programming language as your weapon!!
You can also see other people's codes and learn from them. You can post your own codes which other people will see, and like ;)
SoloLearn is in fact a large social network in which you can follow your friends and see what they are learning, while also competing each other and getting mutual benefit too!
I am not advocating SoloLearn, there are many other sites and apps that offer various features, but it is one of the best platforms which will foster your passion for coding.

Only reading theory can't make coding interesting.
Practice/write code and public it.Get reviews and suggestions to make it more perfect.
knowledge is not usefull
unless you don't use it .
