Sql is not available on code playground.

I don't think you are going to see it, the Playground uses ephemeral storage so your database will only exist as long as your code is executing. I don't know which language you are using but with Python, you can use SQLite to create a database and access it, but again, it only exists as long as the code is executing, it won't persist.

There is not available a playground for SQL, it would be necessary to have a gigantic sized storage to have a persistent data for millions of SoloLearn users. And that, unfortunately, doesn't come as cheap.
Practice locally in your device, it will be better, no internet connection necessary, and no limits set except for those you made yourself.
Can you please tag SQL and Code-Playground instead?
