Hey there!

Web Development uses only HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

But it is not necessary to learn JavaScript.

If you want to learn web developement then I would suggest learn HTML5 with CSS3. This makes things easier.

First do SoloLearn's course of HTML Fundamentals. ( Not CSS3 only HTML5 )

Then visit YouTube for further guidance.

A good YouTube channel is : Dani Krossing. He has a playlist of around 30 videos teaching how to build a website using only HTML5 and CSS3.

You should check it out.

That is very good but not all encompassing.

To enhance your coding skills visit W3SCHOOLS. It has a huge database of everything you need to know and even examples of how to do stuff.
