Mysql installer, Microsoft.net framework 4.5.2 and atom code editor not installing.

Question

When I try installing mysql installer, it say Microsoft.net framework 4.5.2 is required. When I try installing Microsoft framework, it says I have that version or an higher version already installed. I've googled many times this problem and tried uninstalling other .net frameworks but it still persists. When I try installing atom code editor, it shows update has stopped working and installation has failed error. What can I do?

I guess you have uninstalled some important .net frameworks you first install those again as many programs need that to work properly
And for mysql I suggest you to install xamp on windows 10 as it work fine.
And if you can't install atom then as an alternative I suggest you to install vs code by Microsoft.
