How to use frame in html?

I am not getting how to use frame in html. Also diff between frame and iframe. I fit size to frame but when I put a url of youtube in src, it appeared like it's not supporting frame.

For embedding YouTube videos, you need to use iframe.
frames are containers, but different from iframe.
