How can I install pip - psutil in py3 ?

I know that here is most of Questions about pip install but that is not working to me
My questions are ..
1.how can install in sololearn ?
2.will it work after installing ?
Please share code so, I can understand it ?

I just installed it for no reason lol but ok.
In sololearn don't know but in other ide's this is the step through command prompt:
Open command prompt(admin might be better)
Enter command : cd \
Then : cd <Folder where your python is stored> (for me it was "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Shared\Python37_64")
Then Enter command:
python -m pip install psutil
