Error in adding caption to HTML5 video using track tag.

I have a video and a vtt file in local storage .
When I code it as below code it shows an error as I have described in js section of code.

Where is the caption for video ??
I don't have problem with video it ok .
I am tense for caption of video for which I was getting error.
