If putting the video in the root folder is not an option and its not a youtube video either .. This video is from media fire. Video Link ://www.mediafire.com/file/qze8n0jz1wrurso/VID-20200807-WA0016.mp4/file

Just download it and then put in in src attribute of Video tag it will definitely work if you Give proper pathing to It.
