What do you think is the best download for programming language/(S), I think visual studio is the best for over all, but notepad++ for web, what do you think?

same VS and notepad ++.Also, brackets is cool too.

Well, it depends on what programming language you want it for.

Visual Studio: works good for C++, C#, 3 F#.... But not for Java

Notepad++: is good, however it is so easy to run and compile your code if they aren't Web.

So it really depends on what programming language you want it for.

my opinion (and guesses for the languages I don't know):

Java - IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Netbeans
C++, C - Visual Studio, Xcode
C# - Visual Studio
Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - WebStorm or PhpStorm, Brackets, Atom

Atom and Notepad++ for any text edit.
