Is there a way to create this type of program ?

Actually yesterday I was reading about the quantum particles in physics then I thought why don't create such a program that do exist and do not at the same time means for example a program is running doing whatever it was designed to do but if we try to find it it's existence or location then it's not discoverable can anyone help me in this

the last thing the prog does is to call another prog that deletes this prog in 3 seconds .

I think this could only work if the porgramm is made from such particles....
Moreover in the moment you want to find out whether this porgramm exist it randomly decides, whthere it exists or not.
Moreover, if the porgramm does anything in the moment where the programm‘s doing is seeable the programm would decide to whether it exist.
So we only can create a programm that, to a given probability exists and executes or not exists and not executes.....
And please use usefull tags like (quantum particles) and not some programming languages. Thank you

Himanshu Chauhan As the code is translated in processor orders the language does not matter for whether it is possible. As I know read your answer I came to the conclusion, that you think it is possible. Your question was whether it is possible or not..... what I answered with no.....
