[Off-topic] how to report plagiarism and users who break guidelines?

Question

How to report plagiarism and users who've violated guidelines? Not just community guidelines, but imposters who steal codes from other sites and post it as their own, pretending to be another famous programmer from another site?
Because Green Ghost has done that. I know the real Green Ghost from Khan Academy (he is a popular coder there, in fact, I've collaborated with him and made a game with him there). He has posted lots of projects, namely Polyjump. He has also posted Polyjump here on Sololearn, so I naturally assumed that he was the Green Ghost of Khan Academy. I just contacted him through the Khan Academy platform and asked him if it really was him, and here is his reply:
"No that's definitely not me expose him for who he is xD"
He then said:
"Oh didn't look at his account until after. That guy is literally plagiarizing me. That really sucks. Is there a way to "flag" him? 'cause that's not cool at all. :\"

You can report here with proofs of original and copy.. Or mention same, some moderator will look at this..
Also, the original has to report in that site...

Did you check that thread..?
SoloLearn mods can check and take required action.. Accoding SoloLearn guidelines every user should not vialate the copyright licence rules. If any does, bring that to mods.. Once check that thread, you can understand..
SoloLearn or any other can't take any action outside of it except original can report...

If you want stop that person doing plagiarism here, just make report with proofs in the above mentioned thread..

Jayakrishna🇮🇳 thank you! That's the problem, the real Green Ghost doesn't have a Sololearn account, that's probably why it was easy for the imposter to copy him and get away with it. Green ghost (the real one) is on Khan Academy. I know since I've collaborated with him in making codes and he's a great guy. I have screenshots of our conversation and his profile, would that suffice?
