And which is correct
1. to write the attribute href first
2. To write the attribute rel first

that line is used in the hyead tag of an html document and it links your html document to the Cascading stlye sheet with that link()
it is advisable to add the type attribute with a value of text/css
i.e
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https//fonts.googleapis.com/css">
the order in which the attributes are written is not important, i guess
