What it the best way to learn Machine Learning in Python?

Hey guys I'm a CS student. We have a project on the topic Big data analysis, we are building an app for sentiment analysis of Amazon products Reviews. So I need help from where to start the implementation. Can you please suggest me some ideas for the same.
