How to make searching systems index website?

For example, I finished developing website and put it on a host. Now, I want searching systems (google, yandex, yahoo etc.) index my website.

They will do automatically, if you've specified this in your meta data (to be more precise: not the opposite, without any they'll index you too). You can sometimes push this a little by searching for your domain name, providing a site structure file or for Google by informing it about your page. But sure if the other engines provide similar tools.
