If you want to learn abt web development, you may go to learn HTML first, then CSS and JavaScript
You can even learn JS libraries e.g. jQuery to get more understanding about web development.

If you want to learn programming it's always better to start from c++... Currently the python programming and iss trending.. But I recommend you start with c++ which is like the basic programming language... Once you learn c++ throughly... You can adapt to any other programming language...
