Javascript error on start up (Brackets)

I'm using Adobe Brackets. I started up everything and linked my files. I did "console.log("test")" to see if it was working. I have mixed responses. I have an error called: "WebSocket connection to ws://localhost failed: Error in connection Establishment net:ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I also have " 'console' was used before it was defined". Despite the error spam, I still have "test" in the console. What happened?! Calviղ do you have any ideas?

Tony Sharma No. It's on Brackets, a program for my computer. The HTML is exactly the same as the default on Sololearn.

Calviղ Tony Sharma I share the computer with family, meaning I'm not administrator. Could that have something to do with do you think? Especially since it's making a local server.
