Which python compiler is best for low configuration pc?

I want to learn python but I don't know which compiler is best for me because my pc is low configuration.
My pc configuration is given below:
Windows:7
Processor: Intel core i3 M370
Ram: 3 GB
System type:32 bit Operating System

just download python and install lightweight text editor.
vscode/atom kinda on heavy side since they're browser based. maybe sublime, or vim for the lightest
pycharm.. not sure never use it, someone will tell
