Although, free domain name providers are there, but I don't recommend free domain name for professional purpose, cos most of the free domain name providers provide sub-domain, which you'll end up paying to make it available forever!

Try do some research using search engines like google yourself

Go to wp-admin of your web and in setting choose permalink there you can see common settings like Plain, dayand name...., here choose Custom Structure and set any link, however all begins with your domain
