As you've mentioned Java and Python then you can build an Android application using Java and can add ML models like prediction and recommendation using Python.

robot lawnmower lol this is an idea ive been thinking about for a long time. but u have to know a little mechanical engineering which i do not.
or... you can make an app which tells u what cleaning products not to mix. i was looking for something like this on google and it doesnt exist.
