Using VS 2019 has so many advantages. IntelliCode and Xamarin.Forms are the two best examples. First one helps you to easily correct your codes (it really speeds up your coding) and the second one helps you to write apps for Android and iOS.

Since C# developed by Microsoft, the best and most powerful IDE for it is Microsoft Visual Studio.(2019 is the latest version by now) If you need Code Editor for C#, "Microsoft Visual Studio Code" is the best.
