Badges Problem II

Question

My next problem is on this Self Learners Badge.
What I know is that I need to answer my own question and get 5 upvotes.
Do you think on having 5 upvotes my upvote was included?
And aside from it should my answer be marked as correct?
And I want someone to clarify this badge to make it not so complicated for our fellow coders.

No, your Upvote is counted but not treated as Upvote. It just means that you have Upvoted it. For getting badges, your Upvote doesn't counts. And it has no value also. For example if I Upvoted my question, I have to get a total of 6 upvotes to get that badge. So, no need to upvote. Don't vote yourself. No, it is not necessary to Mark the answer as best and No need to answer your own question. You will violate the guidelines if you answer your question. Help others who might need your help.

To get the self learner badge, you need five upvotes in your own question you answered excluding your own upvote. So there must be 5 people who should upvote your answer.
Note - doesn't depend on marked as best
