Profile picture problem

Question

I can no longer see my profile picture or anyone else's. Yet I can see the images posted on SoloLearn. What can I do to fix this?

AJ Anant and Denise Roßberg , thank you for your answers. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked after a moment. So it seems like SoloLearn server was having issues.

Yeah I had that problem... So I think SL server was down for a moment

The Sololearn avatars are saved on the servers, so when you can't see other profile pictures, it's likely that the server itself is down too.

I see Yoshi as your profile so guess you have connection issues.
If everything is fine with your internet connection then SL is the problem. I suggest you to write a mail to sololearn: [e-mail]
