Which should I learn for starting bug bounty?

Depends which platform you are testing on. If web, you would need to know html css and javascript (like very good javascript), sql is a must and perhaps some backend languages such as php, python, java... The book is very big. Being a bounty hunter is not something you can learn, its a skill you develop
