I want to know about what can be a fake account in "sololearn".

Because I found 2 account named "Bill gates" and "Elon Musk" who started following me.And they haven't verified their account yet.

Calling yourself Elon Musk or Bill Gates doesn't mean a fake account. It could still be their main account.

But their account isn't verified (knew because they have not unlocked verified account badge )and not only their names but also their picture.
