I use repl.it. it is a really optimized and easy html editor.
at the otherside you can use altervista.

To create an HTML file on Windows using Notepad you just need to follow the instructions given here:

To edit the file -> right click on it and there must be an edit option.
Just keep learning the HTML tutorial. I recommend you to always use the "Try it yourself" feature to play with codes and take a look at the comment section in every lesson. If you have any specific doubt about programming, open a new question and we will try to help.
