Who can change a blogger Template footer credit without removing any styling

I have a blog with some theme I have changed the design but I still face a little challenge if I could remove the footer credit link without removing any styling on the footer, so I ask u if you can help me out with solution it a blogger Template.

Can't you just grep for the current text value? And: Are you allowed to replace / remove the credits with the licence?
