1. There are various fields, find one that is interesting.
2. Choose the technologies that are suitable for your interests, it's okay if you got confused, if you want to learn programming in general, start with an easy language that would help you in whatever field you like later.
3. Start learning and practicing, there can be topics that seem hard, just be patient, google things, ask questions here or in any other platform and keep practicing and trying, things that are hard are probably very valuable once added to your toolkit.
4. Use the search bar in the discussion section, I believe there are various discussions with some good advices.
