Focus on one language (preferably python for starters), and after you finish the course (or once you feel comfortable with the language) start solving the easy puzzles (lots of programming websites have puzzles, you can try the ones here or on Codewars). You build up knowledge bit by bit, and if you're determined enough it would take you about 2-3 months to be able to program fluently. Later you can expand your knowledge horizon by checking other languages, and getting used to popular and practical Data Structures and Algorithms. Aaand after that, i would congratulate you. You are ready for your interview.
