How is the best way to learn in sololearn

I'm new to programming except I know a little bit of php . I know html and css like the back of my palm and I learnt it from sololearn but I tried learning javascript and others looked like jibberish. What should I do

if you're an expert in html and css I think it's a good idea to learn javascript because you can be a good web developer and make money.
