For the IDE no. It's pretty standard. I use visual studio instead, its got much more useful tools. The language yes. You'll minimally need programming basics. Or understanding any C type programming language is fine. But well enough to easily solve a problem in it. Youtube is great and holds many tutorials with Unity. However, I would recommend sticking towards Unity's official documentation / videos first. There are many tutorials that so to speak, don't follow the 'best' practices on youtube IMO. Some of the Youtubers are great though.
