Diognal clock

Question

Hello Friends
I have problem with this diognal clock, and I hope someone here can help me with that. I'm just a beginner so it could be something silly that I missed.
The only problem is that when the seconds' hand comes to 12 it rotates 360deg which is very annoying and I couldn't find the solution, I really appreciate if anyone has any tips.
