What to do next?

Actually I have completed c language basic concepts offline and will be done on sololearn too. So what should I do next apart from solving some questions. Some people suggest doing projects. But I don't have must knowledge about. So please can guys guide me further about what to do next. If projects then where I have to visit for that. Or should I move to C++?

If you are looking for kind of computer project i recommend wxWidget GUI library and also there is a lot of document about it
or else try to find a game engine
