I want to learn how to programm apps in android studio ? Any suggestions for tutorials

I need help from you guys on how to get started as a android programmer.i have watched a lots of tutorial but none of them actually explains what the given price of code does. j need some links to some good quality programming tutorials.

1) you should be good at java/kotlin. I would recommend kotlin for beginner just because it is easier compared to java.
2) learn by doing. If you don't know what a perticular line of code do, then just remove it and see what impact does it make on the overall program, like this you will be able to learn from any tutorials available online.
