There are no standard libraries for graphics included in the C standard. With modern operating systems it is advisable to handle graphics as detailed in the associated API. There are cross platform frameworks, APIs and libraries which are often wrappers for the OS specific APIs. Furthermore, many modern GUI and graphics frameworks are written in C++ not C.
