It is possible to create a web page without CSS or JavaScript. It may not be the most beautiful web page you have ever seen but it is possible. HTML is used for the content of the page, CSS is used to style the page, and JavaScript is used to add extra functionality to the page. Here is an example of an HTML only page just to prove the point... https://code.sololearn.com/WIFcuZ3XLQun/#html If you intend to become a web developer you will need to learn all three as well as additional frameworks.

Emmanuel Abba Web design usually doesn't require coding, but knowing how to use HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript would certainly be a bonus when communicating your designs to a web developer. Web designers usually use a wireframing software to represent the functionality and an image editing software (like Photoshop or GIMP) to represent the look and feel. If we were to compare this to building a house, web designers would be like the architects that use CAD software to put together the blueprints for the contractors (web developers) that will actually do the work to put together the house's (website's) infrastructure and finishes. I hope this helps clarify some of the less precise answers you've read thus far and may end up reading in the future. Happy coding! -- Janning⭐

I think CSS is more easier than javascript for design website as you can if you are new in this field. 🤔🤔🤔

Sword and needle both have their importance at their place if we interchange their place then we can't do anything And you need both for yourself so never try to compare anything ok. CSS and JavaScript is just like body and soul u can't compare them

All work together

In this thread's edited form, it would be normally answered by https://www.sololearn.com/faq/#q1 and considered a duplicate. While similar threads do exist for this thread's original form, the search algorithm in SoloLearn doesn't pull up similar enough threads, so I'm leaving this up for posterity so perhaps future similar threads can be marked as duplicate (🤞🏻). A Website without JavaScript is like a shining PC without a Keyboard and mouse.

Emmanuel Abba I would prefer you to take JavaScript because it's faster and efficient, or if you want you could check on Google which is the best language for web design? But I would still go with JavaScript because many professionals use it.

I think you should use both. Use CSS for making the page look good, and Javascript for making alerts.

Both are important but, i suggest u to do HTML &CSS first... Then, u start JS

You can create a web page with only HTML and CSS even without JAVASCRIPT... but your webpage will only be more dynamic if you used JAVASCRIPT... Happy coding...☺
