Has anyone made a converter of text, binary, base64, hex, decimal, octal and md5 ?

Im looking for a input of one of the formats and it recognising what it is then output all of the others please

Unfortunately the example i have is on my PC and im currently on my mobile.
Slick thats good, and pretty similar to what i need.
I would also require it to convert to octal.
I am not very good at python its quite new to me but i am eager to learn.
