Falied to maintain wordlength max 10

Please suggest me rather than pointer methods!

There is a condition that max length of a word is 10 letters in a string which I enter...
I mean it should only 10 character in a word!
For example: I/p- Questions and answer discussioning
String to be stored :- Questions and answer discussion
Above program fails to do that ⚠️
