Html-Mysql-Php Can someone please help me?

I make a platform for students. I have created the pages, the database and the user login form ( used html, css and php). Now, I want the user to choose the semester and its courses (the courses are in checkboxes) and when he presses the save button, the courses (checkboxes) will appear in new page inside a table( its a weekly program with days and hours). Can someone please help me?
