Programming languages are teached according to their preference.But Every student should do the following things.Its real...

1..To score full marks, you have to write the exact same code as taught by your teacher.So that no student can be innovative and try with new things.
2..Assignments don’t involve actual coding, instead writing a bunch of theoretical information by hand which serves no meaning.
3.Practical exams are a joke, most students literally memorise all the code right before exams and will type it in. As no knowledge in programming,they just write a program in a way where they first start a loop using a curly brace “{“ nest another loop within and use another “{“ write a bunch of code in it and then finally close all the loops at the end by memorising the number of closing braces
4.Final semester project is a joke, there is only one smart guy who works in a group and the other three take the credit. Some groups who does not have any smart guy, they just pay INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 to buy a project which they could have got for free on Github.No hard work

5.Lab sessions are terrible, you are given an assignment to complete . Most students chit chat with others, there are a few who write code and others sitting besides them copy off their monitor.
6.TURBO C is the favourite editor in Indian colleges, it wont be replaced for the next 1000 years.
7.Interview process is so F***ED up that a guy who cannot distinguish between a word document and a PDF is selected for a job in a well known MNC.
8.We were not encouraged to code, we were encouraged to score > 60% so that we can appear for placements. you don’t score >60 => you wont get a job => no girl would marry you => your life will be terrible.

Although the programming languges are teached ..this is the situation of every student in India.So please follow sololearn.com and be a solo learner.All the best.In this corona situation.Solo work will fetch you great results.Dont think of any college in india.All the best yogeshwaran.
