HTML5: <body> & </head> rules have changed? ...or am I missing something?

Hi all, I once dabbled with novice HTML editing of myspace pages, and back in the Netscape Navigator days, so some of the fundamentals weren't "earth-shattering" to me. However, I've made public my first actual attempt at the 'Hello World' segment, and I can't figure out why I was getting "unexpected. Ignored." where my body and head tags were. I repositioned them several times before eventually figuring out that I could simply remove them and the red "X" in the line number column would go away. ..but did I completely miss something!? I want to know any thoughts (novice-to-nerd-to-nuclear physicist) on why I was getting naughty "X" markups. https://code.sololearn.com/Wjod8gSzgrIC/#

You still should keep head and body https://s3.amazonaws.com/after-school-assets/dom.jpg The element in head are for browser and search engine code on a computer and you can understand.
