Лунч Hello. You can make a local server on your phone by following these steps : How to install a local server? 1) Go to play store and search for the app 'Penguin Server Apk', download and install it. 2) Start the server 3) Go to phpmyadmin, create a database and get the username and password 4) The database is now ready to use. If you can do all the steps correctly, you will be able to install a local server on your phone :))
