Are pro courses available on computers?

I have solo learn on both my phone and computer and when on my phone, options for pro courses which I am very interested in and want to buy pop up but I don’t see this option on my computer and am only interested in buying it if I can access it on my computer. Does anyone know if I will be able to use it on my computer? Thanks!
